I wonder if he forgot to pay for his Bunker WiFi...I wonder if he is doodling on an Etch-a-Sketch and thinks it's his laptop?

Man, that's what Fatso's Chief of Staff should do...take away his Twitter phone and give him an Etch-a-Sketch and have him write on that instead.
