So where are the "human trafficking" arrests? Did the old Asian ladies get arrested for being illegal? Did the spa owners get arrested for facilitating the act, did the illegals come over in a shipping container or did they get a work VISA? We need some answers.....


So you use the Patriot Act to get a surveillance and wire tap warrant to bust some lonely men on gross misdemeanors. So the spa probably gets $60 to $100 bucks per session, (paid taxes on it), and the masseuse gets an hourly rate plus a $20 to $40 dollar tip to stroke the guy off.

How much money was spent by law enforcement to investigate and execute? How much did it cost in court fees to obtain the warrant, file warrant? How much does it cost to adjudicate each case? How many people have to show up for jury duty, miss work to judge these cases? X25......

How much did it cost the defendants to hire attorneys?

Who wins? Who got something out of this to make it all worth while? Not to mention the Patriot act was exploited to facilitate this..... Is stuff like this what the Patriot act was intended to be used for?

So in the end it probably cost millions to use the Patriot Act for what it was never intended to be used for, to bust 25 guys on gross misdemeanors. The defendants spend a few thousand dollars in total fines, some more money spent on "re-education" classes......

What is this whole thing really about, how come the joint next door that RK did not go to not get busted, or the other 300 joints doing the same thing within 30 miles, how come they did not get busted?

We need answers because Human trafficking is a serious offense and a justified purpose to use the Patriot Act in seeking to legally violate individual rights and freedoms protected by the constitution and bill of rights.

I would be very interested in seeing the search warrant affidavit for this case, I bet the Probable Cause in the warrant was not for a Rub and Tug...... Or maybe it was, in that case maybe we need to know more about the judge that signed the warrant, and we also need to know if Kraft had been surveilled going into the joint prior to application of the warrant.....
