According to AP, the FDA planned to start the process of revoking the standard for frozen cherry pies this week. Decades-old rules required frozen cherry pies to be 25% cherries by weight. Next in the Trump administration's sights is a revocation of the standard for French dressing.

In other news, Sears filed suit against its former CEO and former board members, including Trump's Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, for stripping more than $2 billion of the company's assests to the CEO, his hedge fund ESL Investments, and other insiders.
