As "Amazing" and "Tremendous" and "10 out of a 10" our response has been, the US is on the same trajectory as Italy.

Once we actually start testing people en masse we are going to find out that there are likely tens of thousands of infected people who aren't being counted yet, because we haven't tested hardly anyone.
