How is it related, well... Q-anon creates a situation where mentally unstable people buy into their lies and and which leads the people into abnormal behavior. Liberals create a situation that preys on mentally unstable people and convinces them that abnormal behavior or thoughts are normal and to be celebrated and acted on.
