I have never hunted turkey but have some land in the family up near Priest Lake Idaho that is overrun with them. All the locals say the turkey taste terrible and are just grizzle. Seems like people still like to eat them based on how popular they are with hunters. Do you guys have any recommendations on how to target the good eaters instead of the grizzled ones? I think I may give it a try soon.
