I for one support Salmos program as described here. Maybe a few additions: on #5 for the 6 months public assistance, it's an interest free loan that gets paid back once you get back on your feet, even $20/month or something just so its your money you pay back. On #6 have her on some type of birth control while in this program and/or get sterilized to qualify. There is a birth control shot that works for 3 months, or a birth control implant that works for 3 years, or you get you tubes tied if society pays for your kid you can't pay for yourself.
