I'd never heard of Bad Bunny until it was announced that he would do the SB half time show. I'm not a fan of rap, but Bunny is a pretty good singer. A friend suggested that they should have left the trees and shrubs on the field for the second half to really shake things up.



He’s talented I suppose, but the show was bizarre and not relatable to most people. Most people watching the stupid bowl don’t speak Spanish or have a way to relate or connect with the performance. It catered to a small minority of people and was boring.

I also briefly tuned in to the Turning Point USA alternative half time show. Only mildly better if I’m being honest, but I got bored of that too and turned it off and went to throw the football around the the kids.

The way I heard it is that Bad Bunny's half time show didn't relate well to racist white nationalists. I don't understand Pavarotti singing in Italian either, but it sounds good enough that I can handle it for a bit. This Boomer kinda' likes a salsa beat. I read that Kid Rock's lyrics connect well with an audience that likes sex with underage girls.
