With the new paper licenses and catch record cards being on printer paper how does WDFW expect an angler to mark his paper catch record card in the rain after he lands a fish? if the paper gets wet you will have a soggy piece of paper with ink smeared on it if any ink at all. If LE asks to see your card do you hand him/her a soggy piece of paper? The license is easy to keep dry in a ziplock but the catch record card should have remained plastic. Am I missing something?
