On the subject of jigs, I am also new to the concept. Do you guys prefer the 1/8 oz or 1/4 oz? I have had good luck with the 1/4 B-Mac in Chart and Orange, but I always wonder if I am missing potential strikes by not downsizing. I have also built jigs this year with an eyed jig-head, small rubber grub body, and use a bait threader to tuck a couple 1 inch strands of yarn under the grub. This is easy to rig, looks good, and color can be adjusted to water color. Thoughts?
