Herring by a long-shot, especially in the red and yellow label. When those little bullets are cutplugged correctly they are tough to beat. I've had better luck with prawns in the upper rivers like the upper willamette and the lewis, when fish tend to slow down a bit and somewhat stack up it's a great tool to use as a back-up when the fish aren't so active. Another place I've done real well on them is trolling prawn spinners in Drano Lake. While everyone else trolls those stupid wiggle warts I love fishing bait and have hammered them on prawn spinners!!
