Raindrop-
The waders that you are looking at are probally neoprene. And with them being $69 I would say they are Hodgemans. Good waders for the buck but most people are turning to the breathable style as they are much much more comfortable wear in the summer and with proper layering can be just as warm as neoprene in the winter.

I havent had any personel experience with the Hodgeman line of breathables but if you are looking for a good pair of waders at a cheap price I would look for the Dan Bailey Barebones. They are the stripped down version of their Lightweights. They arent a great wader and arent going to last you for many years but for $115 you can not beat them and if you do have any problems, Dan Bailey's is a small company and they will take very good care of you. Can not say the same about Hodgeman.

...and oh yeah, did you find a new fishing partner yet!??! laugh laugh

cool
