i am sitting here in the sun wondering if i should buy a new lamiglas for the new season. i have a baitcaster already, but need to upgrade my spinner. i've been looking at a g1000 g1307, or possibly a g1311 both 8'6. i'm not sure if the 1307 is tough enough for river plunking. any thoughts, i always seem to go overkill on my rods, but i've seen plenty break before. also looking at a Berkely AIR Im7, sure like the feel and the price of it. seems like a great rod Anyone got any experience with one of these?
