While I knew about the contamination of Roosevelt Lake, the problems with some of the other rivers is kind of a shocker. Any idea where mercury would find its way into the Cowlitz? I hear that Weyerhaeuser has offered a site on Smith Island in the mouth of the Snohomish River as a hazardous waste dump. Do you think we're ever going to learn?
