i WENT WITH THE STOCKING FOOT I hate the bootfoot they always seem to leak at the seam of the boot as far as cabelas warrenty goes I don't know but creekside angler gave an extra year warrenty on top of sims like I said before I'm not positive who makes cabelas gore-tex mine were 299$ plus boots belt and gaurds but if you do alot of hard walking or rowing you will stay nice and comfortable you don't have that heavy sagging feeling they are spendy but worth it
