Schoff's is great, I'll second that. I buy alot of my eyes and components when I'm building a rod. In fact I went down there last week with my tip section for my fenwick 9 wt fly rod to replace a snapped tiptop (luckily it wasn't the actual blank that snapped) and gave them the tip section to fit a new eye to. Not only did they get the eye, they glued it down for me free of charge.

Also, there's another good place to go that's close by. He's in Tacoma and I do believe his business name is Ron's Custom Rods. He's up off Portland. Look in the phonebook. He does really good work too. He's done a couple rebuilds on rods I didn't have time to do myself. Does great work.
