I have cleaned and cooked a few salmon from the Chehalis recently and have noticed on two occasions a couple of white egg type subtances imbedded in the meat, they resemble salmon eggs in size but are white with liquid inside. The eggs shapes are near the backbone upper rib of the fish. Any idea's
The last fish I cleaned was a male coho, I have also found them in kings.
