Fished the Toutle, where it meets the Cowlitz on Friday, lots of people and lots of fish caught. One thing I found very disturbing was about half the fish I saw pulled in were snagged and the fishermen, or lack of the word, just kicked them up on the bank without releasing them. I think it would be a good thing for a "gamie" to come down there and just wait, he could probably fill his "punch card" with all the snagging going on down there. At any rate, would love to know if anyone else is doing any good anywhere else and I will be down on the Toutle tomorrow (Monday) at O dark :30 to try it again.
