The Harbor rivers, Satsop, Nooch and others are a BIG maybe, depending on the amount of rain to come. If it quit raining NOW, it would be a sure thing. I did see fish caught on one local river yesterday. It is not hard to figure out where! Most of the rivers are not that high as they are off color.
