Gooose, I think I had some as a teenager while on a family vacation in Loret De Mar, Spain. Us kids loved them so much our parents failed to tell us until years later. Those Spaniards sure make a mean horse burger.

Those Spanish burgers tasted a lot better than those Salmon eggs that I tried a few weeks ago.
