I use a centerpin reel called a Winona, it was originally made by Heddon from the late 30's to the late 60's, since then there have been a few made by a small company who got the rights from Heddon, the last run was in early 90's. They are really hard to find, I've been looking for a backup for 2yrs but no luck. I think they are the best reel for mooching salmon, all stainless, easy to use, you can keep up with any salmon coming up fast, only 3 parts so maintenence is a breeze and really durable, mine is 55yrs old and like new.I tried the reel you posted about in canada and didn't like it at all. Good Luck if try to find a Winona!
