I completely agree that a fine of only a few hundred dollars is not even enough! it should be at least a grand and loss of equipment and fishing rights.

I know lot of us take cameras along when fishing, so it might be cool to act all excited and stupid when you see one of these jerks bonkin' a wild fish and offer to take his picture with a promise to mail him a couple of free copies! then you got his pic and address to turn him over to the law.
