Hey dont feel bad guys we have the same problem over here. Bob and I were fishing the upper Hoh on Saturday and I caught an old timer that has been here for years catch one on his flyrod and kill it. So hopefully he will get a ticket in the mail. The thing that smokes me the most is that he knew better and is one of the first people in the state of washington to start the catch and release program some 30-40yrs ago. I thought he was a conservationist when it comes to steelhead but I guess both Bob and I were wrong.
