I have only fished the Cow once this year, and had no luck. Fishing from a boat or shore? I like eggs. You can get some at the barrier dam campground if you can't find them anyplace else. Can't give you much info on conditions, but all of the steelies I got this year have been on eggs. By the way, did I mention I used eggs? Good luck.
