I am looking at the WDFW 2001\2002 Sport Fishing Rules pamphlet and in the special westside rules section concerning the Nooch it does not say anything about no boats above 7400. It is closed waters from Oct. 31 to June 1. Am I missing something? The way I read it you could float it when it's open. Is the new 2002/2003 pamphlet out? Does it list it as being closed to fishing from boats?
