Thanks for all of the replies. Mike Gilchrist, that post answers my question. Looks like it is 60MPH and no use of the left lane for any reason in a 3 or more lane hwy. At least we can use the HOV lane on a hwy with only 2 normal lanes.

And to all of you Dodge guys, yes the Cummins is a good motor, too bad Dodge can't make a truck to match. I guess Ford will just rake in the cash on buyers of both IH and Cummins motors. Also, Dodge didn't make a true crew cab with all 4 full size doors in 2000. They are losing a huge chunk of the market -- there are a lot of crew cabs on the road. I know of several die-hard Cummins fans who bought the Powerstroke to get the truck configuration they wanted.
