Keepin' it simple. Cedar plank on the grill, skin side down. A little bit of johnny's,some garlic salt and sprinkle it with a light coating of brown sugar. Cook until meat flakes. My wife invited some old friends over for dinner who don't care for fish. After I talked them into trying this recipe on a just caught that day steelhead, they cleaned me out! Ate it all and even took home the other fish that I had caught that day to cook it up for their friends.
