Depends on where you were fishing. Was it by the tank crossing? I know when my Dad and I used to hit the Nasty all the time, we had to get a visitors Pass (not a one day, but a longer term one that would stay in the window). Had to use it in a few different places. Probably just your luck you never saw them before now. Plus with the 9-11 incident, they're cracking down on anyone close to Gov't property.
