Yes I noticed the no trespassing sign but still fish there. When you start down the trail it forks after a few feet. The fork on the left has the sign, which I respect. The fork on the right does not have a sign and is not part of the homeowner’s property so you are good to go.

Also if someone really gives you some hell for going down there, just walk Proctor Creek down to the Sky and then there is not one thing they can say because we all know about the high water mark thingy.
