Ok, I'll try my best to explain.

Sushi, By uploading the photo, you already placed it on Bob's server, so half the battle is already won. Click around the sight until you load the page with your photo. The URL is the Uniform Resource Locator. It's that little white area with the http:// in it. If your using Windows, click in there to the right of all the gibberish. Everything should turn blue. Now, press Ctrl C. You have copied the text of the location of the photo to your computer's clipboard. Post a reply like you normally would, and click the image bar. When the dialog box pops up, click in it, then press Ctrl V. This will paste the location text in, and point the BB software your photo. Preview the post to make sure that the picture will appear, and if you see a red X, check to make sure that http:// isn't in there twice. If you're using a Mac, press the command or apple key instead of Ctrl. Hopefully this helps a little.
