I just happened to be going through Fall City while working today. Stopped at the bridge and walked out to take a look, saw several fish, looked like silvers. Three guy's in a d-boat were workin' small plugs from the up-stream side of the bridge. I could see the plugs in the water, there was a fish within 3ft of them almost in the middle but he didn't look too interested. Water is so low! Want to know if there are fish up there? go stand on the bridge-you can see everything swimming by.
