This stuff does happen all to often, and you can bet it will contiune as long as we have an Interior secretary who was once a lobbyist for a lead mining company, a staffer at a think tank funded by Jame Watt and one who has declared the Endangered Specias Act unconstitutional. Our fish will suffer anytime this gang has to make a decision between dollars and fish - or for that matter, votes and fish. In the case of the Klamath, I think it was both.
