Siding with Easy on this as well!!! Customer service and word of mouth is everything in retail these days. Everybody I fish with knows ASM. Everybody also knows marine repair is not cheep! Most guys I know try everything in their tool bag to fix a problem before shelling out big $ for reapirs at the local shop. My point is, Easy trusted ASM to take care of his "baby", they blew it and aren't willing to cover their mess. How much more in lost sales has it cost vs the expense of loaning Easy a used motor so he could finish the season? beathead
