Go to Cash and Carry they have other oils that are good Cotton seed oil is a good one.Make sure to put your turkey in the pot and cover it with cold water till it covers the bird by 2inches then mark that level on the pot remove the water dry the pot good,dry the bird season and inject it with marinade heat the oil to 350 deg. turn off the burner lower the bird into the hot oil
once the bird has been in the oil and it has settled down then crank the burner back up and cook at 350 deg at 3 minutes per pound and enjoy!!!!
