Perfect timing on the topic. I was thinking about getting a fryer today and giving it a shot tomorrow. Is this a safe bet or should I let the woman cook as usual and try on a different day. Are there any brands of fryers that are better then others? Anything that I should look for? What kinda prep do you do with the turkey. Does it get a rub or anything?
