jcw Juvenille at Sea Registered: 01/08/01 Posts: 103 Loc: Chehalis, Wa, USA	Hmmm, Aren’t there charter companies in Neah Bay that fish Canadian water? Do they have some sort of special agreement or are they breaking the law? I’m confused but that’s not unusual.
