I think that TPS is dancing to thier own drummer now. Normally at this time of year the flow is steady at somewhere between 6 and 8000 CFS, but with the rates for power sales being below what TPS wants them to be (for sales) they are not using up the water behind the dams to generate power in wait for higher demand and prices. Earlier this fall was a prime example of that...4 to 5000 CFS during the week and then dropped back down to 3000 CFS on the weekend when demand was lower. The "drought" may have something to do with it, your guess is as good as mine. One thing it has done though is make places that normally are not fishable this time of year fishable. Oh ya my .02....any other opinions out there...Cowfish you were awful short on this one!!!
