I think there is an issue at some levels. In most cases I think it is about choices and priorities in life. We have cases here recently on PP that serve as a good examples. In other cases it is of no choice or overt action. I do not believe that people should lose everything because they get cancer and I do not think that poor people should suffer in ill health simply based on their economics. I think there should be national standards as a guide line and let each state decide on implementation. I prefer the state paying the premiums to a private system and they should not be in the provideing role. We should be ruthless to stop abuse of the eventual system.
