OK, here's my plan! If terrorist attacks ever get to be a major problem, like, uh, say killing 50,000 people in a typical year, killing about the same number of people killed in auto accidents every year, what the government should do is provide free body armor to all the weinies whose most important thing in life is to be "safe".
