Yes the Willamette and Multnomah Channel are muddy. The visibility in the Channel was 10.8 inches today and 10.7 yesterday. There are no dams, on the WIllamette down here, but one up on the Clackamas. They are getting a few out in the Columbia, and it is clearing. I would recommend going out of Scappose OR, or Woodland WA and fishing the mouth of the Multnomah channel/mouth of the Lewis area. There are some good hoglines there, and if the Willamette is running chocolate, you can slide out to fish the Columbia water instead. The bankies have done well below Bonneville from the Washington side on and off.
