Hey Chappy... I think I disagree with you but I am not sure.

To me, the writer has a valid point.

I do believe that most enviromental groups are veiwed as radical because of their(our) alliance with extremist animal rights groups.

All anglers and hunters, that I know,are enviromentalists whether they think of themselves as one or not. We are all concerned about keeping the wild habitats clean and healthy. We all know that our quarry are living creatures and I hope we all respect them as living creatures.

Nature is not a compasionate being,like we are. It is brutally honest.It has rules and they work.When we try to manage our impact on Nature with our hearts and not our heads,it is corrupted.

It's unfortunate for both groups(angler/hunter and eviromentalists) that we see each other as enemies when in fact we have very similar goals.
