I've got a Lowrance LMS 240 depthfinder/GPS. I was up at Outdoor Emporium the other day and looked at the Navionics charts on the MMC chips---Way Cool! I like the data but I don't like the fact that I have to buy two of them to just to cover this state alone and they are $200 bucks a pop. Does anybody know of a cheaper way of getting chart/tide data on an MMC chip that would be compatible with the Lowrance operating system? I have the means to burn data on a chip, I just don't know what is compatible with Lowrance and where to get it.
