I was going to take a shot with my camera, but it was running too fast to get it in the frame. I had my pistol with me, as I usually do, but it is well cared for, and a short dunking in the salt shouldn't hurt an HK as long as you clean it when you get home.

I only wish I was about 20 yards closer, then I could have really pissed Chappy off. The same pistol has taken 3 coyotes on other outings, and I was in a wildlife recreation area, with a hunting license and Mr. Yote was running along a nice sand berm that would have made for a great backstop.
