Just remember there is only 2 ways to shoot Crow's in Washington....

1: During Crow Season -- Oct 1, 2003 -
Jan 31, 2004

or

2: Any Crow may be taken during the act of
depredation

(NOTE: Depredation - the act or an instance of robbing, plundering, or laying waste)

Now I was told (by a game dept guy) that if you had a sandwich laying out and a crow came into take it you could kill it.

Now would that be like baiting if you put the sandwich out just to shot the crow? And would we have to have a new law about crow baiting?

If you shoot a crow at a time other than one of the legally defined times don't say anything here or someone (or several someone's) will give you all kinds of grief... and call you all kinds of names...
