The majority of the fish are "west siders." The fish returning on the eastern side are mostly all Puyallup fish. The "west-siders" are returning the Nasty, Chambers, McAllister, Deshutes, and Minter. Also, the majority of Silvers hit the west side too... as well as Chums.

One of the best stretches to fish is the Cable Crossing down to Pt Evans... The Girl Scout Camp is also another spot worth trying...
About the 3rd week in July, switch over to the Slag Pile and fish out in the deeper water. The travel path of most fish will be outside the normal boat traffic fishing closer in.

I don't fish the east side for returning fish unless I am over off the Puyallup.
