I fish the Fraser, Harrison, and Vedder rivers quite often each fall, but haven't been up this year yet. I was planning an August trip for sockeye and springs in the Fraser, but sounds like any fishing in the Fraser might be closed.

Hey Rln, if the Fraser is closed Sept. 1-15, will the Harrison be open at that time? If it is, the short Harrison river(with a single lane launch) will be overwhelmed with anglers, while the mighty Fraser will be vacant. Looks like the BC Fisheries are trying to manage with as much logic as good ole WDF. Hopefully both rivers will be open.
