Since my neighbor has got my trap right now, I will go over and take a couple more pictures that should show how it works. If you look at the picture, in the bottom of the cage, there is a metal grill about 16X20 inches. The grill is tied to the bottom of the cage with a couple of hog nose clips on the front side. They act as hinges and allow the back of the trap plate to be raised up. The Cable goes from the top of the roller straight down to the trip plate.
