Born to Fish:

Wynoochee access lost in last 20 yrs. because funds were not put in the budget for land purchases / and or 99 year agreements public access permits were not gotten...

1. Carter Creek
2. 3 Humps---large garvel bar across from active garvel pit, a few north past Wynoochee wildwood....west side of river.
3. Then the lastest.....old garvel pit right above, "Twin Bridges"

Oh, by the way.........wasn't talking about writting tickets for litter and junk, was talking about not writting tickets for violations......license not on person, fish not punched when they should be, but I sure agree that poaching and snagging needs a higher prioty, I see it all the time..........and other do also...........have called, but by the time you go thur the WA State Patrol, and it gets relayed, way to much time is lost.......need to have direct line to WDF personnel.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!!
