That's why I included that one. To the best of my knowledge, it never was in the regs pamphlet, at least not worded that way. I am to this day still amazed at how many people think that it is. I have my personal opinion as to why that particular "myth" is so widespread, especially on rivers during the fall salmon runs, but I don't want to start a big pissing match over it so I won't say anymore.

If it's not a myth, then I guess it's probably best that the state game Wardens and the Municipal courts sort the issue out, and save Bob a lot of bandwidth here.
