Theres usually whales around the big mass of krill and baitfish then too... you can see them surfacing all day. Then I break out my 8 wt, tie on a chartreuse/white clouser (started using tube flies) and cast it with a 15 ft sink tip/intermediate running line. That time of year, those conditions, its catch fish until you're too tired to fight them anymore.
